How to overcome these problems with diving?
I can take the regulator out of my mouth, but when I put it back in my mouth, the water gets into my mask and I suck it up my nose. I am also terrified of leaving water in the mask. because I have no problems breathing through your nose. I love divng, but until they can complete I can not carry these skills with my certification. I would be more comfortable under the water, but do not know how to overcome fear. I have tried to practice in the bath using only the breathing tube, but I still suck the water up the nose. And advice?? SERIOUS REPLIES ONLY PLEASE.
Ok, first of all and make or get water in the mask when u put ur in ur controller. Secondly, I remember when I was learning to dive, we wud do the following to remove water in the mask.
